Årsaken til at jeg velger å legge ut denne advarslen til folk som ønsker å kjøpe et ferdig oppsatt forum eller hjemmeside, er at jeg personlig ble totalt svindlet av en som kaller seg kristen missionær og som skulle selge vBulletin forumet Iogames.com / net.

Her er annonsen som jeg falt for : IOGAMES.com for Sale!

Som dere kan se av annonsen så skulle jeg få følgende ting etter annonsen:

Annonsen ser meget lovende ut og som dere kan se så skal den inneholde en masse lisenser, script, reserverte ting som Twitter, Facebook o.l. på navnet Iogames.

Jeg kjøpte dette forumet i god tro og med masse løfter om at det fulgte med mange spille script, games o.l.

Tidspunktet som jeg kjøpte dette spille forumet på var når vBulletin.com friga vBulletin 4.x.x Suite Gold og alt virket lovende.

Men det ikke selger opplyste meg var at alle lisenser, både til vBulletin forumet, vBseo, webhosting, domener og alt enten hadde gått ut eller gikk ut mens handlen pågikk.

Selger lovet 1 års gratis web hosting, ekstra domene: Dumbastic.com og en forferdelig mange script som han etter sigende hadde betalt over 4k for i USA.

Men straks jeg hadde betalt denne personen, så viste det seg at alle lisenser og script var gått ut og noen opp til 1 år før kjøpet av spilleforumet.

Straks at selger skulle gå igang med overføring av lisenser o.l. så kom dette for dagen og ingen lisenser ble overført til min konto hos de forskjellige stedene.

Jeg måtte personlig fornye web host for 3 måneder i påvente av at denne selger som hevdet at han var missionær i Brazil skulle returnere til USA og fikse opp og fornye alle lisenser og web hosting.

Men selger returnerte ikke til USA som lovet i Januar 2010 og har først returnert en av de siste dagene.

Når Jeg tok kontakt med ham og sa at han hadde å levere aktive lisenser og levere den han lovet i annonsen hvor han solgte meg forumet, så anngriper han meg med alle obskønne bemerkninger som at jeg er BIOPOLÆR, Psykisk syk og at han har sett på National Geographik at det er endel narkomane personer også i Norge.

Som dere kan lese av annonsen som jeg linket til, så påstår ham at bare domenene iogames.com og iogames.net er mere verd en de 500$ US som jeg betalte for hele pakken som framgår av annonsen.

Han kommer med løgnaktige beskyldninger om at jeg har STJÅLET hans mail? og anngriper meg totalt i sine innlegg i denne salgs annonsen: IOGAMES.com for Sale!

Når jeg i tillegg forsøker på å kontakte han på mail og ber om at handlen enten blir omgjort eller at han betaler meg for fornyelse av lisenser og web hosting, svarer han bare: HAHAHA

Mannen påstår at han sitter i rullestol og er lam i bena, for så å si at han skal løpe ned til en av sine venner som har DSL tilgang til Internett..???

Hvordan en lam person skal kunne LØPE ned til sin nabo er for meg ganske så uforståelig i tillegg.

Det kommer den ene løgnen etter den andre og desverre så har jeg avskrevet beløpet jeg gav for dette forumet og det er forferdelig at noen personer som pågjeldende skal ødelegge for andre mennesker, sådan at man misster tiltro til sine medmennesker og ødelegger for ganske mange andre som skal og vil selge sine forumer, hjemmesider....

Derfor vil jeg nå gå ut å advare alle imot denne personen i alle de forumer og hjemmesider som jeg kan.

Dette for at andre ikke skal bli lurt av useriøse selgere på samme måte som jeg ble.

The ad looks very promising and as you can see, it should contain a lot of licenses, scripts, reserved thing that Twitter, Facebook, etc. name Iogames.

I bought this board in good faith and with a lot of promises that it came with a lot of play scripts, games etc.

The time that I bought this game on the forum was when vBulletin.com freed vBulletin 4.xx Gold Suite and everything seemed promising.

But it does not sell enlightened me was that all licenses, both for vBulletin forums, vBSEO, web hosting, domains, and all had either passed out or passed out while shopping continued.

Seller promised one year free web hosting, extra domain: Dumbastic.com and an awful lot of scripts, which he said had paid over 4k for the United States.

But once I had paid that person, as it turned out that all licenses and script had gone out and some up to 1 year before the purchase of the game board.

Once the seller to go started with the transfer of licenses, etc. then came this for days and no licenses were transferred to my account at the different locations.

I had to personally renew your web host for three months in anticipation of that seller who claimed he was misionær in Brazil would return to the United States, and fix up and renew all licenses and web hosting.

But the seller did not return to the U.S. as promised in January 2010 and has only returned one of the last days.

When I contacted him and said he had to deliver active licenses and deliver what he promised in the ad where he sold me the forum, so he attackme with all bad remarks that I am BIOPOLÆR, mentally ill and that he has seen National Geographic that there are some people drug addicts in Norway.

As you can read the ad, which I linked to, as he claims that only the domains iogames.com and iogames.net is worth more than the $ 500 U.S. as I paid for the entire package as stated in the ad.

He comes with lying accusations that I have stolen his mail? and attack me totally in the posts in this sale ad: IOGAMES.com for Sale!

Now he also have attacked me in the iTrader with an false and not true accusation about hacking some of his web accounts.?

This person are total mad and he also engaged in direct personal attacks and lies where he is trying to black me for hacking etc.

When I also try to contact him by mail and request that action be either converted or that he pays me for renewal and web hosting, he replied only: Hahaha

The man claims he is in a wheelchair and is paralyzed in the legs, only to say that he will run down to one of his friends who have DSL Internet access ..???

How a paralyzed person to RUN down to his neighbor is to me quite incomprehensible as well.

There is one lie after another, and unfortunately I have written off the amount I gave for this forum and it is terrible that some people particular to destroy other people, such that one loose confidence in their fellow human beings and destroys the very many others should and will sell their forums, web sites ....

Therefore I will now go out to warn all against that person in each of the forums and web sites that I can.

This is the second should not be fooled by rogue merchants in the same way as I was.

My problems are that I have forgot how to change the url for the license.. :-(

Hello again.

In January I bought the gaming forums iogames from a person with name Arcadia from USA on the forums vBulletin SEO Setup and the person as I bought the gaming forums of had this advertisement at this link: IOGAMES.com for Sale!

In the advertisement you can see that he promise me lots of things as a vB.com license, vBSEO license, one years of web hosting, 3 domains and lots of lots of other things.

I bought it all for 500$ US as you can see of the advertisement.

But the vBseo , vBulletin.com license, web host, domains and everything was old an had to be renew.

The only thing as he deliver was 2 domains and a vBSEO license as I had to renew my self.

I also had to renew the host for 3 month..

That person as I bought it all from are a missionary in Brasil and shold return to the US 1.th Febrauaru 2010 and help me setup the gaming forums.

But the only things as he did was changing the name at his vBSEO accunt for iogames.com.

I ask him if that was legal and he told me that it was so.

Then I remowe the vBSEO license from iogames.com /net who are down and move it to my Sebaldus Design Forums Sebaldus Design's Support Forums - Sebaldus Design and bought an new license to my other forums Dumdristig.com CMS forside. - The Front Page.

I asked him if this was legal and have two accounts and he say YES and say that he could change it so I could use one account for iogames and one for Sebaldus .

I took his christian word as a good word an thought that everything was total correctly because he was an US citizen and did know what he did.

My English are not so good, unfortunately and I believe on him.

I also asked him and told him that I could renew the vBSEO license and that he could move the license to my Sebaldus Account at vBSEO.com.

But after talking with some persons as Brandon Sherley and other from the vBulletin Setup they told me that I had to contact you and tell you what he had done.

Today I bought an new (used) vBSEO license from another person at the vBulletin Setup forums.

He transferd it to my Sebaldus account and when I talk with him he advice me to write a ticket to you and explain how that guy ARCADIA had fooled me total.

So I'm so sorry for that issue as he have med for me and must please ask you to move the license from that IOGAMES account to my account.

I have access and full owner ship of both account and that was something as let a bell ring in my head.


Here are what he sold me and what ha had swindle me for.

I bought:
One vBulletin License who had expire and not renew.
One vBSEO license who also had expire and I had to renew it my self.
3 domains and I have only got 2 of them.
1 year of web hosting as I had to renew 3 month self.
Also had to renew one year last day.

The database for the iogames forums, as I cant use for he have change all config.php scripts and made them as WP scripts.

American Express Bank account for the IOGAMES as I not have got.
Also lots of promise that he had lots og gaming scripts as he should upload when he come back to the US from Brasil.

He told me that he would come back to the US 1 of February and should upload all scripts then, because he had bad DSL connection in Brasil.

So I payed him 500$ US for 2 domains and one vBSEO license as I had to renew.

I also loan him 10 - 15 - 10 $ so he could buy some domains that he needed to do some works for some customer's.

That guy are total filled by lies and he are a missionary ?????

Don't ever trust that person and don't ever make some trade or deals with him.

He are a total crazy person, filled with lies.

And the best of all. I have all mails, chat, and everything so I can prove all my accusation.

Never trust an Christian missionary.

So I hope you can forgive me my ignorance and problems with my bad English language.

I hope you will help me with arrange this things as he fool me with and I'm so sorry that I was trusting him at all.

Would you like to merge both accounts into 1 account (pick one, and i will move the other licenses to that account) ? Having 2 accounts is not an issue, it just makes it more confusing for you to manage your licenses/downloads.

Have not installed the new license yet so I will come back to you with the domain to the forums as I shall use the vBSEO license as I bought today, for I have also bought an new vBulletin 4.0.0 Suite Gold as I will get tomorrow of that person I bought the SEO license of.

Will contact you when I have got the new forum license and decide what forums and domain as I will use, when I have decide what domain and what forums I will make and before I install the vBSEO on the new forums.

Are your 3 licenses, now all under the Sebaldus username. As such, the iogames user account is no longer a license holder. So, please use Sebaldus for any future support tickets and in the forums.

One more thing.

The early owner have created lots of scripts and changes in all php - *hsaccess - config.php and every things on the gaming forums.

My plans are to move everything from the web host HostMonster - Web Hosting to my main web host Servage Hosting - One Solution in Germany.

Then I have to setup everything again without all those scripts as he have generated.

I have problems wit understanding all those Scripts and will setup iogames.com again with an new upgrade version of vBulletin.com as I still wait for.

Will there be any problems for me to move iogames.com and iogames.net to my web host: servage.net and install the vSEO license again for vBulletin 4. Suite Gold?

I have installed vBSEO my self for both Sebaldus.no and Dumdristig.com who are running vBulletin 4 license.

I know that I have to use another version of vBSEO to vB.com 4 licenses.

For the setup as he (last owner) have created on HostMonster - Web Hosting are total impossible for me to figure out.

I'm not familiar with that host either and use servage.net to all my forums.

Hope this are legal and that I can change from the old vBulletin 2.x.x version to the new vBulletin.com 4.0.x Suite Gold.

I have to ask before I do something who not are legal....

The vSEO license will be installed at the same domain again.

I just have to ask before I start with this work.

And I will update you when I have done this transfer...

Thanks for your quick reply. I am sorry that it came to this, but I feel that Arcadia left me no choice. Essentially, he was refusing to do what I asked of him, and wanted to go with his own ideas instead. When I told him no, he made fun of my site and said that I did not know what I was doing. Well, I was going to send you more money last night after Arcadia and I had agreed on the amount, but after he refused to do what I asked, I got mad and decided to end our business there.

I am not angry with you and consider you an honorable man IOGAMES, but I realize he is your friend and I am a nobody, so that is why I pulled you guys from the site. He is an asshole as far as I am concerned. I can send you his crappy emails that he sent to me if you want, so that you can see for yourself.

I have access to my site, but cannot make any changes to the forum in admin. That also made me mad. I guess that I will have to hire somebody to help me gain control of my site again. I wanted to shut down the forums until I decided what to do (can’t afford to start over again), but my admin access does not even let me do that!

I paid for the license already, so of course I want it. Are you saying that it does not belong to me? I trusted that you took care of all of that.

I accepted that license I bought from you over a week ago.

Yes, I wanted the best forums on the Internet, but that is not what I got. My main header graphics do not line up and do not reproduce correctly on all resolutions. I expected Arcadia to fix this, but he did not. Instead, he argued with me about it. That was stupid, as the site belongs to me….NOT HIM.

In closing, let me repeat that I am not angry with you. I consider you my friend and know that you have tried your best. Nevertheless, I would like to get a few things settled that you could help me with. I would like to regain complete control over my site again. Also, I would like to know the status of that license I bought from you and why it has not already been overwritten on my site. I f you can settle these things for me, I would greatly appreciate it as I have already paid you for it.

So this is what has happened. I lost my Customer, lost money when I thought that I bought the IOGAMES forums, but I only bought lots of promises an a AD at: IOGAMES.com for Sale!

And all license had expire and the whole sale was a swindle from one end to another.

He have also try to get access to my Pay Pal and I have got lots of confirm mail that a user with same IP as he have in one of my forums have try to access my Pay Pal.

Could not understand why I got lots of mails from them about reset password, so I contacted them and they gave me the IP to ARCADIA as are the same IP who are in one of my forums where he was user.

I have reported this to Pay Pal and have got an secure code added to my account.

Today he have left me an negative iTrader at: vBulletin Setup

Where he accuse me for attack some of his forums accounts.

This are a total LIE and he have made this changes by him self because he could not attack me in the sales AD, because the tread are closed.

the SOB doesn't know to speak english or even make a good hacking, just because he wants things to happen on his own timeframe, I told him I'm in the middle of the jungle and he acts like a little girl playing the victim on the web, and besides he denies everything like the coward he is...

This are total personal attack and I have reported it to the Moderator in the forums and consider to delete my account on the webmaster forums if this goes on.

He also have attacked me in the sales AD and when the tread get closed, he attacked me on the iTrader with this negative iTrader.

So take care of who you make any deals with in the feature and don't trust people as you don't know.

It can end up with things like this and you can loose lots of money, buying expired forums license.

You cant do anything with it after the trade..

When I bought the IOGAMES, he promise me at MSN that he should return to the US after 3-4 weeks.

But when it had gone 4 month, I contacted him and ha answer me with: HAHAHA...

Wow, not enough that you swindle me totally in the sale of your old forum and expired licenses, but you're also in the process of answered me with changing your web site accounts, copy my signatures and submit them, then give me the blame for that?

What benefit would I gain from it?

I had at least not left my signature and e-mail if I had hacked your pages, it is the least stupid.

You to send me E-mail where you will go to attack because I have come with facts about your fraud and sale of a forum that had only expired licenses.

I infracted iogames for his comments when I closed the thread. He came back today and sent me an abusive PM. I have banned him for a week, and he is no longer a vBulletin Owner so he will not be a part of that group when he gets back.

I have deleted the iTrader comment, but I can't delete the rating.

That negative iTrader are a complete victory for me.. LOL
I wish I had done that he accuse me for, but I have never done that and the reason why his mails popped up in my mail box, was because I had redirected all webmaster@iogames.com to my mail :ikjebekk@gmail.com

This was something as he should had change before he sold the expired forums license and all AD to me.

So it's not my fault.

I resend all mail to his gmail and told him about the issue.

He are calling Norwegian citizen for drug users and all kind of abuse things..

I hope he will deliver the things as he sold me when the Ban are over or give me my money back.

But I don't think so and consider those 500$ US as lost for ever.

I wish I had done that he accuse me for, for then it had show that I'm a really good hacker.. LOL
